Hex Sheffield is located across from the G Casino just out of the centre of Sheffield. We are located on Queens street, about 5 minutes walk from the Sheffield train station. If you are travelling to the venue by taxi we recommend City Taxi 0114 2393939 or download the uber app here
If you are travelling by Train, the closest station is Sheffield Station on Sheaf Street. In a taxi, it will take you roughly 2 minutes to arrive at the venue. Or you could make the journey by walking in 5 minutes.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is parking at the venue itself though access to the parking facility’s does close at 11:00pm, there is pay and display parking just across the road from the venue and more parking available just up the road from the venue.
For parking at the venue during match days there is a £4 service charge.
I LEFT/LOST SOMETHING IN THE CLUB, WHAT DO I DO?
If you have lost items or left them in the cloakroom please email the venue directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the missing item, date of the night you went to, contact details and any other relevant information. The venue will check and if the item can be located will be in contact to arrange for you to collect the item.
The venues keep items for a maximum of 3 months, after this period they are passed to local charity shops. Valuable items may be held for a longer period. Items such as passports and ID’s etc. are handed to the relevant authorities if not collected within the time frame.
HOW DO I BOOK A VIP TABLE?
Hex nightclub offers VIP tables and package deals. If you want to discuss options for VIP bookings on a Friday contact Jack on 07851632043 or Via Email at Office@hexnightclub.com. If you want to discuss options for VIP bookings on a Saturday contact K-Dot on 0770208625.
ENTRY TO THE VENUE
In accordance with licensing law the venue has the right to refuse admission without providing a reason. Identification will be required for entry to the venue. Please see event details as specific events will have different guidelines and restrictions. You can always call us for further information.
Hex Nightclub also has the rights to remove people from the venue at any point for any reason. If you are ejected from the venue and would like to dispute the action, please email us and we will investigate the issue.
Part of the condition of entry is that you agree to a search on arrival and leaving the venue.
It’s part of our licence’s conditions so if you refuse to be searched you will not be allowed to enter the club and if you refuse the exit search we will have to detain you and the police will be called.
We may ask you to come for a further search whilst inside the venue, either in response to something that has happened inside the venue or as part of our licensing obligation to randomly search people inside the smoking area. If you refuse one of these searches we have to detain you and the Police will be called.
Hex Nightclub operates a zero tolerance drugs policy. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be banned from the venue and reported to the police. There will be additional measures on top of our search procedures that may be enacted when you visit Hex Nightclub, this may include drug detection methods. For your protection and for the protection of our staff, all searches are conducted under full HD CCTV with voice recording.
WHAT IS Hex LIKE?
Hex Nightclub is the underground music scene of Sheffield. With a large bar encompassing both rooms of the venue there is always easy access for your next drink. The 7 VIP areas are our way of helping you celebrate your night in style, and with waitress service all night you’ll be able to relax and not worry about a thing.
HOW DO I GET TICKETS?
All advanced tickets should be purchased through one of the recognised outlets used by the venue, more often than not these are Fixr for events running on saturday and Skiddle for all other days. Contact email@example.com if you have any queries.
Please note you can purchase advanced tickets over the phone with the venue unless you are booking a VIP table. However on most occasions when the event is not sold out you will be able to purchase tickets on the door. Please check the event listing for details.
For non-received or lost tickets please contact the outlet that the tickets were booked / purchased through and not the venue directly.
Hex Nightclub Sheffield has full disabled access and restroom facility’s and although we will always try and accommodate anyone who requires assistance around the venue we do ask to ring before hand so we can try and provide for any special requirements.
Please ensure you bring ID to the venue. No ID = No Entry. Hex Nightclub does not allow entry without ID for security purposes as well as licencing regulations. - Hex currently use an ID Scanner on the door, if you don’t have a form of ID you won’t be permitted entry.
Accepted forms of ID are: Drivers License (full or provisional), or a Passport (valid) or Citizenship Card with the PASS hologram and SIA logo. Any ID found to be fraudulent will be confiscated. Under no circumstances will they be returned once confiscated.
All customers who look under the age of 25 will be required to provide ID when purchasing alcohol.
If you are under 18 you are committing a criminal offence if you attempt to buy alcohol and you may be ejected without a refund or held until a responsible adult can come and collect you.
People over the age of 18 found purchasing drinks for those not of legal age will be ejected without a refund.
Only acceptable forms of proof are accepted.
Hex Nightclub takes a zero tolerance policy towards drugs in relation to possession, dealing or using.
In conjunction with South Yorkshire Police we also provide a drugs amnesty box. The amnesty box is situated at the entrance to the venue, patrons are able to deposit any illegal substances before they enter the searching zone and remain anonymous.
I HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE NIGHT?
If you have a complaint about the venue or event please speak to a member of security who will try to assist and in turn, if necessary, contact a duty manager immediately during the show to try and resolve the issue.
Complaints after an event should be sent in writing (via email) directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
